Standard sea freight takes 25–35 days to most major ports. Air freight is available for urgent orders at 7–10 days. Exact transit times depend on the destination country and customs clearance. We ship from our warehouse in China via FOB or CIF terms.

Yes! We offer free samples of all our products. You only need to cover the shipping cost. Samples typically arrive within 5–10 business days via international courier. Visit our Contact page to request yours.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal for smaller orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer flexible terms.

Absolutely! We provide full OEM and private label manufacturing. You can customize the packaging design, bag size, brand name, and even the litter formula (scent, granule size, etc.). MOQ for OEM orders is 1,000 bags per SKU.

Our products are ISO 9001 certified and SGS tested for safety and quality. We comply with international standards including EU REACH and US FDA regulations for pet products. Certificates are available upon request.

Every production batch undergoes rigorous testing for clumping performance, dust levels, odor control, and material purity. We have an in-house quality control lab and also partner with third-party testing agencies for independent verification.

Our natural clumping litter and silica gel litter have a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Tofu litter has a shelf life of 18 months. All products include a production date and expiration date on the packaging.
